I was in a position where circumstances led me to sell my house in a short sale. I contacted Londi Sutton of Sutton Home Realty and within a week my house was listed! Very Patient, my wife and I were a bit picky. We settled with a HUD home do to the excellent deal, working with HUD was a little different. It was nice to have a real estate agent who has experience working with HUD. Very accommodating to our needs.
